Hey guys sorry to make another thread, i have done a lot of research and come across a lot of threads however most of the links to the wiring looms are deactivated im assuming because the page can not be found.

Im after the correct wiring diagram form my G16b vitara engine, it came out of a lwb 94 vitara and the ecu is a denso.

the best diagram i could come up with was http://www.suzukiinfo.com/vitara/wiring ... g16a-b.pdf , which has two diagrams mentioning early and late model vitaras. I was on a thread earlier and the bloke had same ecu and motar as mine and was using the earlier model wiring and someone mentioned he had used the wrong one?

There seems to be a lot of issues during the wring process and i want to make sure i have the correct diagram so hopefully i have no issues further down the track getting it started

if anyone could give me some advice on this it would be really appreciated

Cheers

Determine which check engine plug you have.

There's a few wiring diagrams there, and it should be enough.

You might have a few unknowns etc, but those diagrams are good enough to strip redo a lot of the loom.
It can be done without a wiring diagram if you are careful with striping the loom.

Cheers jdk81

Will have a crack at it this weekend, only other question I have hopefully someone can answer is the diagrams are so simple yet there are hundreds of wires in the loom and dozens coming off each sensor how do I determine what is what and what needs to go.

Sorry it's been asked before or such a noob question, this is my first conversion and very keen to learn.

Cheers

Check that website, theres multiple wiring diagrams.
Initially it linked to the website hosting multiple wiring diagrams, when I clicked the link again it went to the simplified one.
Look through these

This is one, I think the FSM will have some diagrams too
