Since this was suggested to me in a reply to another question I had I thought I would just throw it up on its own to see if anyone has done, or has any information on moving the front diff further forward on a Jimny?
The purpose of it being to create a better approach angle while still having a front mount winch and bar set up. The car has AC which pushes the winch mount a bit further forward. My other option is to do a central mount winch or make a bar that mounts the winch higher which would block more air to the radiator.
I would like to know whats involved and how far forward can the front diff be moved and still keep good articulation?

Mine is moved forward a bit. Need radius arms and tail shaft extension. If ya get radical then everything between the diff and chassis will need to move as well.
