Hi everyone, i have just recently changed my auto hubs to sierra AVM hubs and got a mechanic to put in the pirahna 22spline HD axels and bigger cvs(not sure what brand tho :l ). Anyway long story short when i lock the hubs in and put the transfer case into 4x4 the car wont move, the front shaft is spining but the wheels(i took the rear tail shaft out to make sure it wasnt just the rear moving).
Can anyone give me a few ideas on what could of happend. Any info will be great.

This may sound idiotic, but somehow a rumour got started on the InterWebs that the right way to lubricate a locking hub was to pack the 'bleep' out of it with axle grease.
The only thing this does is either:
A Cause the locking hub to be in full lock all the time or
2 Cause it to be unlocked all the time.
Try removing the locking knob and inspecting the insides. If it is packed with grease, you found the problem! Clean out as much the grease as possible (the parts only need to be coated to prevent rust and enable smooth movement), reassemble and try them again.
