Jimny 2004 Steering wheels shakes/shudders at 70-75klms/hr

Hi all.

I recently purchased a 2004 Jimny, 152000klms. 2" lift, ARB winch bar, Maxxis 751's, steel rims.
The steering wheel shakes/shudders when the car reaches 70-75klms/hr & typically happens happens when first driving in the mornings.
After a short period accelerating, it disappears.

Apparently previous owner/s, tried to rectify, done bushes, wheel alignments, shims, different workshops and a couple other things (things i can't recall at present).

I would appreciate your feedback.

I haven't tried anything yet, wanting to research first.
I should apologise to anyone & everyone reading my query, i've just found a similar thread.
