Hi AZ,

I'm hoping someone can clear a few things up for me. I've been told that a Jimny intake manifold from a g13bb will fit onto a Baleno g16b. Is this true? If so is it a case of simply putting all my sensors from the g16b manifold onto the g13bb manifold and then blocking off the old coolant passage at the rear of the baleno engine? Or is it a bit of a stuff around?

I like the idea of running the stock jimny top radiator hose instead of having to run a pipe around the engine to the back.

thanks :)

Yes, bolt it up, and put a plate on the back of the head (the jimny one if possible).
You probably wont need to change sensors either, just the injectors.

awesome. Cheers guys.

Can someone confirm for sure that all sensor's and plugs will fit between g13bb and the baleno g16b? I figured the wiring for the coolant sensor will have to be lengthened because it's on the front of the manifold, but is there anything else that requires modification?

thanks. :)

Does anyone have a Jimny intake manifold for sale? 8)

I am about to do this conversion too (coil pack Baleno into 1.3 Sierra). I was also planning to use the Jimny intake manifold to solve the rear mounted thermostat problem. I was thinking of using the Baleno throttle body/injection setup but have no idea if it is compatible with the Jimny intake manifold. Should I be getting the Jimny throttle body and injectors too?
