Hi,
Just about finished my alternator conversion but i just need to see if anybody knows which wires are which. The Falcon alternator has a thicker yellow/white wire and a thinner grey/red wire, whilst the origianl alt has a white/red wire and a black/ white wire. Does anybody know which goes to which?

hey mate from memory it is
left pin is sense and right pin is light
that is looking at the plug with the clip part at the top

Just hook them up and if they are the wrong way the light won't work... No harm done just change them around.

On mine with the alternator installed the white with red trace wire went on the bottom pin.
