So I recently installed my reco Jimny engine and lastnight was the night of the first start. I cranked the engine without the plugs to build oil pressure then put the plugs back in and went to start it. Started to crank it and noticed smoke/vapour coming from the intake. Took all the intake bits and pieces off and I cranked it while dad had his hand on the throttle-body and he could feel air pushing his hand. He went around the back to the exhaust and I cranked it and it sucked his hand onto the tailpipe. There is also no compression at all. So the engine has no compression and sucks from the exhaust and blows out the intake. The engine is spinning in the correct direction and all the timing marks line up. I do know that there is two keyways on the cam pulley though so wondering if it is in the wrong keyway...

Thanks,
Ray
