I need help.
My 09 jimny is running really rough. It starts and idles perfectly and is idling at 750rpm where the manual suggests but it dies when lightly applying the accelerator. If I punch it it's fine and once driving and no longer at low revs it's fine but light acceleration drops the revs right down and stalls it.

I've tried the usual maintenance such as oil and filter new plugs it has new coolant I've tried new coil packs and leads I've cleaned the MAF sensor ive replaced the temp sensor and I've pulled off and cleaned all of the electrical plugs with contact cleaner. I've also tried running a tank of fuel injector cleaner threw it and I've cleaned the throttle body out and nothing has worked so far. So I've turned to here for help if anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated.

tried disconnecting the IAC valve and the battery? then recconect battery and start without IAC plugged in. then plug back in when running?
Mine was idling around 250rpm and this method fixed it for me after doing basically everything you did first.

Yeah I tried all of that and didn't help. I have fixed the problem now however. Ended up pulling the throttle body off and taking the IAC valve off and cleaned all the gunk out and it's now working like new just needed a good clean
