Help, Identifying vacuum line 99 Jimny

Hi All,

I just finished converting my Suzuki Jimny 99 to 1.6L, I noticed that one of my vacuum lines had been torn off ( See Image - It is the lower line) . I reconnected but now I cant lock my hubs, when i disconnect it the Hubs lock fine. Does someone know or have a manual/Diagram or could tell me what the vacuum line is use for?

Thanks jez. I'll print these off and have a look under the car. I could be possible the hose is blocked.

hose blocked, or VSV blocked, or filter prior to VSV blocked.
or blockage in hub itself
