Ok im putting these on my sierra so technically it is Suzuki Talk.

anyone fitted LED lights? my concern is that there is no dim red light when the headlights are only a bright light for the brake?
anyone had any experience with fitting these and can answer if the brake/tail lights are 2 stage on most of the ebay ones?
I don't want to have my brake lights on all the time while my headlights are on and visa versa

Obviously you have the wrong lights...

The OE tail lamp is a dual filament lamp, a 5W filament for the park/running lights and a 21W filament for the stop/brake lights.

My Vit is all LED replacement, except brake/tail and headlights.
Mine are all cheap ebay "globes"
I found the brake lights were not bright enough in daytime, but parkers did work.

I fitted LED's so there was enough voltage left to run the trailer LED's

Dicky globe holder in lights could be making a poor connection.
LED's will not light if under a specified voltage.

Are you using the LED bayonet globe replacements or LED light units?

I prefer to use sealed LED light units, but they don't fit the stock bar etc.

The bayonet globes always had contact and corrosion issues, as they filled with mud and grot etc.

Got my lights from dx.com free postage tried a few found 9wat is the minimum you need for brake lights, eg most cheap chinese ones are only 2 or 3 wat ok at night but cant see in the day, 9 wat was just bright enough you can still see if the sun was reflecting of the brake lights.

I did have corrosion issues, lights flickered or went out all toghether or just dim, replaced all socket with the blade type, and sealed the lights up with clear silicone, hasnt been a issue since.
