My mate showed me these pictures of coily suspension upgrades, and I have no idea what I'm looking at.
Would somebody better equipped than I be able to share what it is I'm looking at, and whether or not it's worth looking into as a potential upgrade for a coily sierra?
(In particular, that A-shaped metal bit.. and everything else)

(interestingly, Japan has a full-range of upgraded control arms for sierras, which are better suited for climbing stuff)

FWIW, he's japanese, and these are all JDM components

Bolt in crossmember. No good, It could slip, I just wouldn't trust it.
Still radius arm front. No good as the front will still be stiff and the back flexy.
The new rear top heim/rod end isn't going to last long as its holding the whole diff in the middle of the car constantly. They are designed for pull push motion, not side to side.
Brakelines need DOT markings
Front strut tops on chassis still need reinforcing.

X2 Bluesuzy. That kit just accentuates all the problems with the coil Sierra suspension without improving anything.
