Was about to remove aircon condenser out of my WT sierra to install a auto trans cooler and was wondering if i could just use the condenser.

The condenser is the flat tube type with four small holes in each tube so i'm not sure if it will be to restricting.

Google research has come up with mixed results on the question. Adapting fittings may also be tricky.

Cheers

I kept finding mud and junk trapped between my radiator and condenser.
So when AC died I removed it to fit an auto cooler.
It runs much cooler and is much easier to keep radiator clean, now.

Auto cooling worked much better with the cooler closer to the radiator, too.
