Hi all,

So 2 weeks ago i bought me first zook. Seems to drive well, neat lil car. Now i have taken it for some basic offroading twice. Both times when friends whom also have 4x4s have said they didnt see my front tires spin. I lifted it up on axle stands, put it into low range, engaged my hubs, as i did on both offroad excursions and the front drive shaft is spinning and one cv is spinning, but neither of the front wheels are spinning. The rear wheel was spinning and when j grabbed that to stop it the other wheel started to spin. So does this sound like dodgy hubs and need replacement hubs to everybody or something more costly?

And if it is the hubs is there any threads on replacement on AZ?

Or anywhere people would reccomend for buying new hubs/hub brands in Adelaide?/online?

Thanking you in advance for your time

And also slightly excited because it went well up a 4x4 track in 2wd yesterday. Looking foward to seein what it can do with the front pulling too!! :peaceout:

have you taken the hub off to check ( the top of the hub with the alen key bolts) Shouldnt be a need to remove free wheeling hub and see if the spring in side is still connected? and moves when you are locking and unlocking it? With the car jacked up lock one of the sides and jack that side up spin the wheel and see if the CV is moving, try holding it when you move the wheel.

Hubs on ebay are like 80 bucks and easy to install.

If you are stuck i may do a guide if u need it.
