Hi,

Have decided to maximise the internal storage capacity of the Jimny 2015 model. Put in 4 inch speakers in the front, and 5.25 inch speakers in the back, then cut the cover to protect the speakers in the back.

The plan is to redirect the wires shown in the photo below and then create a 'plug' that closes the big hole. Not sure yet how exactly. Any suggestions welcome.

The more pressing question that I have is what I can do to fill the cavity shown in the image below?

Appreciate any experience others have had.

if you look through the "Rigs of Auszookers" Thread section im sure a few people have sectioned that peice off with a peice of timber.

Wow!

The hole in the body will be easy to plug with some MDF board or alloy sheeting.
But I don't know what you're going to do with the plastic trimming around the front seat belt.

Is there any specific reason why you cut it like that?

Probably easiest to totally remove the rest of the panel and make a small box to cover the seat belt retractors.
Or get another panel from the wreckers and start again.
