ive got a 94 Sierra and was wandering if I have to chop any of the guard to make 32" tyres fit, it already has 2" suspension lift and a 2" body lift, just not sure if that will reduce anything

Yep, you'll need to do a little bit. There's too many variables to give you a hard answer- fit the tyres, flex the car and see.
