Hey, just wondering if anyone could help me out. Could someone send a photo of their 1.6 extractors, where they connect to the exhaust. Is having the a flange/ join a problem? (Does it hit the chassis rail?) Or should I just weld it ?

No photo, but mine are dented to clear the chassis rail. That's with a jimny head & extractors on 1.6 bottom end though.

Mine clear the chassis by about 7mm and duck under the firewall with about 25mm to spare. Passenger foot well gets super hot in summer =)

I run stock jimny g13bb manifold
Fits fine, flows just as if not better than 99% of ebay extractors and cost $40

Make the extractors fit, weld in a flex tube and a joiner.
1 piece exhaust will suck if you need to do engine work.
Without the flex tube the extractors can crack a lot

Used stock Vitara manifold and didn't have a problem using zukparts engine mount kit, Hi-tech extractors fitted with no problem, but that was with cut off and re-fabbed engine mounts.
