Still putting it back together but after cleaning it and pulling out the storage thing it drove a lot different. Almost 300kg weight saving after cleaning it and putting the rear seats back in. Just pulled the rear bar off and pumped the tyres up so will see what difference that makes

Is the LWB Ruby AVL in Aus new?

TBH I used to be a big fan of the SWB JK, but after having driven both and seeing how both handle mods I would buy a LWB if upgrading from a jim. Plus you also get the extra space which seems to be the predominate reason you are upgrading from the jim. Just don't right off the LWB just yet, take them both for a drive, especially if there is no SWB Ruby new.

Are you going diesel or petrol?

Got the car down to 1100kg and didn't make a great deal of difference, went to Darwin yesterday and put some trade injector
cleaner in it and that has done the trick. Driving home from Darwin with my mum and a full load of stuff from Bunnings I sat
on 125kph with cruise control the whole way and used 32 litres for 310km. Fucking happy as. Dealer also offered me 12500 for
the car so don't think I will stuff around with a private sale. Basically cost me $4k to own the car for 4 years and drive around
Australia 3 times

Prob still going to buy a jk, would be nice to be able to tow my camper trailer. Plus 210kw sounds pretty fun in the beach port dunes.
Just waiting to hear if I get an extra bird shit on my shoulder cos the extra cash that it comes with will pay for a rubicon
