The rubber fuel hoses in my 92 Sierra 1.3l have started to deteriorate. They look about 20+ years old so I decided that it would be good practice to replace them all.

I have found that the main line to the pump is 8mm and the pump to carby is 6mm but the return looks like a strange size. I tried some 3/16 (4.8mm) which happens to be the smallest fuel hose that Repco, Bursons, Autobarn, Supercheap etc carry in my town and it is still too loose. I was wondering if anyone here has replaced their return line? If so, can you tell me what size fits best and where did you buy it from? I ran forum searches but there doesn't appear to be any information in previous threads.

Thank you
