So much good information, so many options so many different opinions.

Not sure how to reply but 35 I'd go bundy/ lux on 35s. I had this combo for ages, even lasted on non stickys in 37 and 40s before I broke a stock cv!!
I'm running Sierra rear and DT with 31s on the orange one and rear diff is an issue.

Joe, can you quote me a custom housing 80s width, patrol centre with 80s ends

For the sake of completeness i thought i would update here. I decided that vitara housing would be the way to go. But i wasnt confident in the process so i decided to do some test runs.
I got hold of some old NT housings and set about cutting them up. These will get used on a future project as they turned out awesomely.
i bought a length of 30mm solid bar and some offcuts of alloy round bar.
we have an old lathe that we used to machine up some spacers to fit in the ends of the bearing housings.

basically you put all the bits together and start tacking. making sure the bar turns smoothly after each tack. and then weld between the tacks still turning the bar.
its only minute amounts out of straight befor the bar goes tight so i know the housing is near perfect.

end result i have nicely straight centred diffs.
Image

next will be the vit diffs now that i know this method is so good.

so you're going to end up with a vitara rear in the front, and a vitara rear in the rear? Cool.

standard width front to use off-the-shelf axels?

yep vitara both ends is the plan, though the housing will need some massage as its NT spacing on leaves and the land on the drivers side will need setting into the larger vitara pumpkin .

standard width as long as the vitara diff centre will allowment to do so. im wondering if it might need to grow 20-30 mm depending on the width difference between the sierra and vitara centres.

shaved 60 rear with 5.29s, lux front with either dirty 30s or longs and 5.29s with creeper flanges or atleast cromo hub gears.Simple and pretty cheap and probably not touched again on this rig.
i dont drive my suzuki abusive nor do i have a powerful motor or much weight but i have driven a bit of decent stuff with them, i run stock 4.8s,with yukon spools, dirty 30s in front with longfield hub gears and a stock ifs rear end. thats on 37 sticky treps with 2" spacers

or bundy rear, goin off tims measurements above bundy rear may be wider than lux, lux rear is 45mm narrower i think than the front??
atleast you will have 4.3,4.5,4.8 ,5.29 options available pretty easily and cheap, even 4.1 with 60 gear

Jeep would be cool if you could pickup a decent sized front dana.
are they lhs front pumpkin? and are some smaller PCD?

Depends if you want to change now and build once,or stay with some blinged up suzuki gear and maybe be trouble free and have a cool setup that works. Its a tough one

Just on a side note to your post appsie,
Late model jeep danas are passanger drop and a different pcd. Early jeep(cj) are correct pcd
inter scouts, f trucks ect are driver drop danas and have the correct pcd

Scouts ran d44 front and rear
I think most early f100's were d44 front 9" rear.. and the bigger they got along came d60/70 and 14 bolt and so on
