Yeah I guessed wrong first go so that made a nice mess when testing...
As far as sizing goes will see how it goes, I'm happy to upgrade to a larger one at a later date if need be...
As far as having air dragged through it I couldn't find any other location to mount it :s There is not enough room to safely mount it between the Air conditioning condenser unit and the Radiator... Or between the AC fan/steel brackets on the front of the car... so had to be in front of the brackets
