Both the links below deal with internal cages, however the designs can be mirrored for an external, and as Steve said less is more.

It will all come down to price. I know there are pros and cons for both. I want cheap but not shit if that makes and sence. I will probably go the same as nick with 3mm this wall 2" steem pipe. (mild steel tube)
But as I said it will all come down to price.

I just rolled my zook fairly heavily at Toperi.

Those who say that exo's dont do much have obviously never had an exo and rolled. I can show you the damage if your interested. The zook is still going today because of it.

If i didnt have an exo there would be nothing left of my zook from just the regular trails we drive let alone the rollover. Im contantly using the exo somewher as a pivot point.

There are pics of mine in my build if your interested.

Mate that looks exactly what I want to do to mine in the long run of things. Its kind of funning to think you did all that on the standard 1.3 to start with.

What did you do with your flipped rims?

The rims are still floating around somewhere. A mate has them as he borrowed them and i in=magine they are sitting under his house somewhere.

They are too big an offset for driving on the road.
