nah not the clutch, the link between the gear stick and the gear box the car is stuck in one gear and the gear stick flops around. the clutch still works but i cant go anywhere because its stuck in 4th so yea its some sort of link between the gear stick and the selector mechanism in the gearbox |

that will be the locating bolt for the gearstick. cheap and easy to replace. while your there you may aswell replace the shift bush too. when your pulling the gearstick out you will see whats wrong. theres a slot in the loacting ball on the stick, in the housing there is a bolt which should have a turned down section which locates in this slot, but it won't be there. one of these: http://www.suzistore.com.au/shopdisplay ... ANSMISSION measure the thread when you get it out. it'll either be 8mm or 10mm |
