Just a couple of quick questions. Is the wheel arch the same on both NT and WT? As in same radius/shape... Are the WT flare mounts spot welded on? And if so approximate number of welds? Thanks |

think they are the same radius, the WT flares sit higher up the guard. they are spotwelded on. i think there is a spot weld on average about every 100mm |

I will do a thread on the removal of WT flares but thats not the plan sorry shep. I am going to make up some flares out of 32nb tube and was hoping not to make mistakes on my WT panels. They are going to be slightly wider than the WT flares and a hell of a lot stronger, just trying to decide at the moment whether I should join them into sliders and connect them to the front and rear bars to give stronger mounting points. So I am going to make one, attach it to the LWB, test to see if its strong enough (read jump on it) then if it passes it will go on the SWB if not a bit more designing to tie it all together... |

I'll be holding on to them for a while until the tube ones have proved themselves. Possibly selling them after that but don't hold your breath |
