G'day

Im in the middle of putting some springs in my sierra. Just started the rears and noticed that the inner (body mounted not shackle) bush has the tube built in. The new leaf have push in style rubber bushes.

What do I do?
Is there a tube I can buy that slides in?

Bunnings. something like 16mm OD 2mm wall from memory. cost about $4.50 for a meter.
