saw this on ebay: ebay assuming i could get the manifolds, valves, cams. computer, ect would that bolt on my 1.3 block??? |

He probably took it to a engine reconditioners to get some work done, and they stripped it down and found it was defective ( cracked corroded badly warped beyond repair) Why else would he be selling it? Also he probably replaced the water pump cause of the engine tempurature problems, found out that wasn't the problem then found out the head was cracked warped etc etc etc He says "with no obvious signs of damage, however no guarantee" which means you can't see it but this is worth $1 a kilo in scrap. |

mmmmmm, not for now, but in theory, could i just bolt on a gti head to my block? |
