| Post subject: | Clutch problem sierra g16b efi |
Hi all Just in the process of doing efi g16b conversion in my sierra, I have install engine/gearbox using ben t style adaptor plate but my problem is I have no clutch feel I put the pedal to the floor using my pinkly finger, thats how light the pedal feel is. I installed a new clutch, thrust bearing and machined flywheel, and adjusted the crap out of the cable but still feather light. Mate thinks that I installed the thrust bearing the wrong way, but I assumed it one goes in one way so any other ideas would be great cheers |

Hey mate there is an adjustment on the metal part that comes out of the gearbox it self. 12mm bolt the move it from memmory. the thick plate messes with the clutch some times. Where in Sydney are you???? I am in Baulkham hills and have no problem in coming and lending a hand if your not to far away. |
