hey guys i have lost my speedo at first i thought it was the cable because the end that went in to the transfer case had snaped so i have bought a new one n fited it but it still doesnt work. when i roll the car u can see the gear in the transfer moving and when i spin the speedo cable u can see the cluster move. so i am stuped on wat it can be so any help would be great. cheers |

So if the cable is making the speedo move and the gears are moving in the transfer then it must be something to do with the end of the cable, the way the gears are meshing (or not). Have you pushed the drive gear in far enough? Does it feel like it meshes properly? |

if both ends work properly there must be a incorrect connection either in the speedo or mos likely not pushed into the transfer case enough |
