What do people use for extra long travel shockies.

If you want longer travel shocks the first thing you have to do is raise the upper mounts. The standard shocks are as long as possible given the stock mounts. Slightly longer is possible with bumpstop extensions..

I think its 200 US to ship, so thats about 700 usd, 751 aud.

If I can, I will get Rancho 9000 shockies I think, 80 usd, as im already freighting, cheap as.in oz, 200. The in cab adjustable would be the go hey.

Less than a lesser lift available in OZ.

Ahh mate, this is for the longy, full project. Got gears sittn at home, wheels are coming, and suspension is happening.

Now, I just goda pick her up. I was going to do it last weekend, crook weather so I was able to get ashore, but my stupid brother decided to have a birthday, and so that idea went down the gurgler.

Next blow, its in Adelaide.

Are you getting the Jeep springs as well or running some other spring with it, and what size tyres do plan on running ?

Flex looks good but approach angle would suck with smallish tyres.

As for shocks look at the Doestch Tech ones Lowrange sells.

Getting the YJ springs from OME and rocky road shocks, I have heard good reports of them on suzis and they are very cost effective with regard cost of things in OZ, $600 for quality shocks here, $150 plus a little bit of freight from the states, pretty good in my book.

35s are my choice, but 33s will do if its out of control with 35s, will decide when I get it all happening.

Can I get it registrable, hope so, the engineer I spoke with says he will have to see it all before, this was just a phone conversation, He was not going to go on the net to look at the kit, so, with luck, its a road traveler, if not, its a mental build.
