i have this alternator that needs a regulator aparantly it is off a EB
is this the right regulator and are they something that is simple to fit?

whats a diode look like 
the alt has been recod with new bearings and brushes but apparently the reg is dead. is it possible to stuff up fitting a reg? as that might be what is wrong with it. |

you dont need to unsolder the diodes to solder the new one on.. |
