| Post subject: | NT ARB Air Locker into a WT Rear Diff |
Hi all I have got my hands on a NT ARB air locker rear diff center and want to rip the locker out and install it into my WT rear diff. I have never done this before and pretty good with tools. I have a dial indicator but have never used it so I have no idea how to set it up to read the backlash of the diff before I rip it out. I know that I will have to change the ring from NT to WT ring but what else do I need or check? Cheers |

maybe source a front NT centre and do the complete swap to NT centres for the lower ratio's |

Mate I already told you in the pm to call me. Bring it over to my place. I have everything we need to do it. I just dont know what the run-out tollerances. As I said I normaly do mine by feel but as yours is a daily driver I will do it correctly for you. in the PM I told you the easy way to do this is find a good w/t complete center. Swop the ring off the w/t onto the airlocker then put it into the w/t housing tat will already have the w/t pinion in it. I have all the tools needed. Let me know. |

Or get a n/t front and run N/T centers with your set up it may even be better to go N/T as eldo said. With you having Efi and bigger tyres and no gearing you may like the n/t centers. |

this is your best option, even if you can do the c&p setup your self |
