What are you guys using for flexible snorkle pipe, and where can ya get it from?
Dont need much, just enough to connect the snorkle up to the air box inside the guard.

Use a silicone bend. You can buy them at autobarn or supercheap.

Flexable piping is obviously ribbed and as such will rob all of the benificial airspeed by causing air turbulance, negating the addition of a snorkel.

that stuff supplied with ataris snorkel was ribbed on the outside, and smooth on the inside

Actually, yes and no on the turbulence inside the ribbed flexible Aluminium pipe... i used to do Air Con work, and the flexible ducting was ribbed, but it was spiral ribbed, and for a reason, it could actually help the air move through the ducting with reduced turbulence and resistance...
So if the ribbed flexible Alum pipe, is spiral ribbed, the better the air can move through it, due to the spiraling air pattern inside... sharp bends in pipes, like a 45 degree bend, would have more resistance and disrupt airflow... a gradual bend with the flexible pipe, would have less turbulence and air resistance... ok thats my 2c worth... lol...

I used a 3' to 2.5' 90 degree silicon reducer bend. Got it from these guys

Not sure how the Vits are set up though. Hope that helps
