I'm fitting a roctoy ring but I can't seem to bolt the transfer arms to it as they hit the ring. What have other people done to overcome this? I was thinking of trimming the ring to suit. |

If you don't have a BL, then I believe you will need to trim the top edge a bit. The roctoy ring is a great starting point for a custom made mount, but it does need to be modified to suit your application. I ended up buying a mighty kong instead, because I didn't have the means at the time to modify etc. |

I've got a body lift fitted. Currently, the transfer is out on the bench with the roctoy fitted. I also have the arms out on the bench but the won't bolt in as they hit the ring. (so nothing is in the car yet) I just want to make sure first before I cut it with the angle grinder. |

if you are jsut bolting the stock mounting arms back on chuck the ring in the bin, its whole purpose in life is to weld bits to it to make a better mount |

Try buying one direct from the US, I had mine delivered to my door for about $360 last time the dollar was high. |

seeing as you already got the roctoy, why not re-inforce your arms and weld the roctoy to it. while your at it you could also incorporate a skid plate too. It's a bit of fab work though. |
