Whenever it rains I get a wet floor. I have had the windscreen fully sealed, but there is still water coming in somwhere. WHERE?

This happening to me too. My passenger footwell gets a thorough wetting.
Pulled back some of the sound proofing and found 3 factory looking holes in the fire wall.
Going to try and find some rubber gromets or failing that just use some silicone to seal them up

usually you can just jam wire down the bonnet vents to clear out the crap in the pipes - then the water goes infront of the firewall rather than behind it =)

Mine also leaks though - it comes in through the top corners of the soft top at the front... kind of acts like an air-ram and forces water in past the sunshade to drip water on my right hand... only leaks noticably at 70km/hr+ though.

mine leaks in under the windscreen somehow, so I foamed it all up, it stopped the leak on the passenger side, but still leaks a bit on a the drivers (it used to create a swimming pool in the well).

When I have the dash off, I will sikaflex the basturd on the inside and hopefully that will be the end of it..

mine just does a constant drip onto the accelerator pedal, right in the middle of my foot... light dripping, but highly annoying. never traced the source, but it happens whether its stationery, doing 100km/hr, makes no difference

mine leaks all over the place. the seal around the inlet for the fan is non existant, this would be fixed by shep's wet foot stopper. Also when driving through water or splashin water under the car it gets through some of the holes in the firewall as mentioned. as mentioned some gromets would work well. other than that its a good idea to wind your windows up if its going to rain

This is what happens to me. How do I fix it without losing the use of my fan?

depends how keen you are. if you want pull the dash out and sikaflex the air inlet to the panel and tape off or get some rubber gromets to fill any extra holes in the firewall. that should stop most of it.

my leaks are fix now, I found that the airbox had two drainage pipes that go through the firewall (rubber pipes) and they where pretty loosly fitted, so a few cable ties later, there is no more leaks, may be worth a check.

I have a plate riveted and siliconed over the top vent infront of the window.

I have also silicone all around the front window.

No more leaks!

i get water leaking in my doors when it rains as the rubber doesnt push hard againt the body no more

I ended up pulling my whole dash out and using flyscreen under the vent

^^ Sam thats awesome and exactly what i was going to do - until i found out the only way in there was to take the dash out.. lol

you must have been either incredibly annoyed or very motivated!

Mine doesnt leak though - so long as you keep the rubber grommets clean from crap.

Haha, I think it was a bit of both lol. It didn't take too long at all though surprisingly. Only two afternoons after work.

The rubber grommets are on the fire wall each side of the transmission tunnel. They are a 90 degree bend made out of 25mm (guess) dia. rubber.

i found the best way is to take the bung out of the floor, water runs straight out. its a zook they're meant to leak

^^ i've had to do that to stop my zuk floating away on water crossings! lol

funny too - when i had my inspection by the pits for licensing a few years ago i had the floor plugs out (10mm to the side of the hole mind you), and the wanker wrote in his notes "HOLES IN FLOOR" - as he wrote it i said, 'wait up ill just pop them back in' and he says "No no, it has to be written down as a failure to comply with blah blah" - so before second inspection i popped them back in... nuts.
