DMAC on here runs maxxis trepadors in a 29. I imagine there would be a few more options available also.

BFG KM2 or Maxxis Bighorn would fit the bill i'd say.

28's will fit with some rubbing, 29's youll need to trim/bash the guards a fair bit.

ahk cool, well whats the go with the width of the tires? cos im thinkin the less wide they are, the better penetration to the ground they get, but the wider they are less chance they'll roll? sound right?

i think the size your after is 235/75R15, they are a 29' in height and a farily common choice for most people on here,

Choppy runs them in Federal Couragia with only 2" suspension lift and they only rub on the springs at full lock but he doesn't have much offset.

I run 28" (225/70R15 i think) with no lift and dont get any rubbing

yeah the rubbing is from my rims have very little offset (less then stock i think) i have miles of room in the guards though. hey rusho i thought treps only came in 30x9.5's? i like treps and would look at getting a set for my next tyers but alot of people like the bighorns, my couragies perform nicely

i have treps in a 235x75 r15 and they are a great tyre in mud, rock and even on road. There only fault is the lack of sidewall tread in the smaller radial sizes IMO.

BFG old style 215x75x15 measure between 28 and 29 inches, with no lift I get no rubbing, 92 Sierra 8)
