hey guys,

I have a problem with my driver door in my coily. Is has a big rattle whenever i go over a bump. It is also extremely difficult to wind the window up and down, so much so i have broken three window winders since I have owned it.

Is the coily door trim as easy to pull off an muck around with then the leafy? What about the regulators, are they the same aswell? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Should be the same regulators.

Coily trims are easier than the leafy's. Leafs tend to break the door cards because they are wooden..

Just undo the puller handle in the little arm rest, Unscrew the locking pull handle and surround. Unscrew the push/pull locking tab for the door lock. And pull the clip off the window winder. (you should be a pro at it now).
Pop off the door trim. There are numerous pop clips holding it on, Then lift up and out of the window sill. (easier when windo is down.)

Only difference between coily doors and leafy's is the side impact bar and door cards. (some drovers are half doors also)
