Hey guys im just wondering does anyone know what the factory hard top that goes on soft top sierras are made of?(sorry if that doesn't make a lot of sence)
Im getting the front section repaired and plastic welder said he needed to know what form of plastic it is.

I thought they were fibreglass... but i am probably wrong lol

The genuine Suzuki roof sections are made of PLASTIC. Rhino's is a genuine item.
The plastic welder guy needs to know what grade of plastic it is to do an effective repair. The filler rod plastic must be same type.
Good luck Ryan, might just have to try a few different types and see what works best.

A bloke at work does plastic welding on the side. Should be cheap. I can ask him if you like?

I would have taken you up on the offer rusho but I already dropped it in.
They're going to try and figure out what it is or just try a few different plastics on it and see what strongest.
I'll post it up for future reference once i find out what plastic it is
