bump stop extensions just stop your diff going up as far as the origanal bump stops. people do this to stop bigger tyres going up too far and hiting the gard or to run longer shocks so they dont bottom out

To an extent they can also help add leverage flex to the opposite wheel. |

not a lot of going down on the other side once that side gets to all the way up plus look at the leverage, 30cm one side of the fulcrum vs what 120cm on the other? that s pretty crap ratio |

And yes it would work alot better the further your bumpstops are inboarded. |

Yep. Bring 'em inside the rails and you will get better leverage. I am doing this with mine when coiling it.
