Hi there, I know everyone use's the benT adapters to put a vit engine into a sj. I was just thinking if anyone has tried, or is it worth trying?.. but using the same adapter on a g16 but using it to put a samurai gearbox+transfer under a vitara, to solve its lack of hi-range reduction? viable or not?? was just a thought so i thought id throw it out there |

Another option is sort out your diff ratio's. Most people won't run a sierra/sj/sammi gearbox and transfer as it is going backwards strength wise. |

yea, the only problem is that all the places that make the 5.83 dif ratios for the vitaras do limited batches, or are really expensive. |
