jst to save some effort, its most likely the shifter sheet. can pick up a genuine one from suzuki for about $20, and google will bring up a way to replace the old one, if you can get whats left of it out...

You can buy the shifter sheets off here too, can't remember who makes them - Steve maybe?

serious??? lol, each to their own i guess... some people prefer long and easy, then some people like me are too lazy, just do it the quickest way possible... either way, best not to do it with a swear jar anywhere near...

i went at mine for a couple of hours with it in the car it wasnt the long hard way choice it was it was being a stubborn basted, if i had a swear jar near id be in allot of debt. i also found i was putting my gear box bush in the transfer which didnt help at all :oops!: :oops!:. but i recommend doing both bushes, dosnt take that long the longest part was actually getting the cap you push down on off the rest took 5 mins. if you could get the cap off quick i recon you could do both bushes in about 15mins. also i used bruces bushes they are excellent and cheap.

this was definitely the only part i didnt like. i just used a large flathead screwdriver to push down on it, and another smaller one to push the other side and twist at the same time with the smaller one... probably doesnt make sense, but i know what i meant...
