RHR rear axle seal is cactus...
Front noise could be a few different things... Hard to say from your explanation....

Can the seal be replaced without haveing to do bearing again?

Also the clicking sound it the front calapers, I got my sister to stomp on the brakes and i could hear the left and right side click.

yep, it's not connected to the bearing, just inside your axle :D

you may find that the bolts holding the caliper on are a tad loose, or maybe the slider bolts but check both.

Well the drivers side rear bearing it cactus. Don't know if it was from water or 31 inch peads on f250 rims that caused it.
