hey all found out why my speedo is not working it has broken were it goes in to the t-case broke the cable. how hard is it to replace and how much would they be? or would it be easier to just the the navman for the speedo ? |

i just replaced mine 2 days ago got the cable for 25 dollars i could put it in the original spot which is behind the fan blower in ur dash so i had to relocate it, it is quite easy to replace |

simple as to swap over i done mine in like 5 mins hardest part is getting it into the back of the speedo. |

Yeah as others said the bitch part is putting it into the dash. I removed the centre console and pushed it in that way. Otherwise manual says to drop the steering tube down... I couldnt get the hex bolts undone so thats when I thought of getting the grinder and hacking the car into 50c size pieces. Then some one said "hey what about undoing these 4 bolts on the centre console" Grinder was used that day... |
