Gonna make it out of ~2mm steel, with weld on brackets (~6mm) onto the tube (going to sleeve in some more tube, heavy wall and plug weld) between the chassis rails. Cut it with cnc plasma and fold it up Anyone know the diameter of the haymen-reese hitch pin? All being well, have some decent snatch points and a shweet bar

use 3mm minimum. one hit on the corner and that thing will twist up instantly. |

The hole for the hitch reciever pin is 16mm, the pin is slightly less than 16mm |

where does your number plate go? Female hitch material is 65mm shs, 6mm wall. The hitch is 51 mm SHS or solid, but you need to be carefull to match the corner radius'. |
