The rear door on my 93 LWB Vitara rattles around driving me crazy. Any ideas what's likely to be the cause, and how to fix it? Also, the dash assembly rattles around causing heaps of noise. I've tightened all the obvious nuts and bolts, but it still persists. I'd like to pull the whole lot off and see if there's any other hidden places to tighten, but I'm not sure what I need to undo in which order. Anybody removed and replaced a dash before, and able to point out all the fixture points? |

My door rattles like crazy since I fitted the sunraysia and mud tyre back on the door. I think the latch might've worn away a bit to. |

Mine use to as well until i relocated the round rubber thing on the door so it sat a little lower, ive had to do this a few times as the bottom of the rubber gets a flat spot. this is on a SWB vit. |

Rattles have been doing my head in too So i took the door linings off and all it took was one wrap with electrical tape around each one and they dont rattle anymore whether up or down. Also the glove box was bad and that was stopped with some sticky foam around the lip! Chop |
