Is it near the jet or near the wiper arm?

get a small drill bit and drill out the ends of the crack that should stop it getting any bigger and fit some ally checker plate over it

honks I found that the metal is as thin as. I pulled out the frame and welded it up. Very thin, weld grind, weld grind, weld grind...The crack is from the panel flexing when the wipers are on. Check the wiper pole and stick some lube on it . Mine was a bit rusted and seized.
You may be able to cut some alloy plate and drill a hole the size of the pole and stick it on with sika flex. A piece right across the front might look ok

when putting the plate on try not to put any weight onto the frame exspecially the corner were the wipers are. the bottom panel is very weak and doesnt take much to make it flex. ive craked two (2) windscreen from putting little bit of weight to the fram and playing with the wipers, not very happy that i got to go out and get a third windscreen
