does any one know if a automatic box will fit to a f10a motor. if so wat sort of box will fit to the f10a. has any one done this before

you would need an auto from an F6a 3cyl 660cc turbo import = RARE!!
Thats it as far as I am aware

Bolt on I belive. They share bellhousing pattern with 1litre.

ok well like u said they are rare, so im not gonna have much luck. is there any other choices or is that it, i could get a template made up to fit some other box

yeah you could. Can I ask why you want an auto? Its going to be a complete slug on a motor that small and gutless

its for my comp truck im building and its the only motor i got asides a 1.8l corolla motor, would use the corolla motor but dont no how much effort it is to get it into the zook. the car wont be used for high speeds at all, i thought auto would be good for comps

Ended up with some awesome LJ tech in that thread, thanks mainly to 303zuke. Sadly I've put all the ideas on hiatus, as the parts are nightmarish to find!
