2L vitara tank swb has 60L. they are very close to the 1.6, i think its the depth that makes the difference. |

depth is the same as heigth but just in the opposite direction (yes i know heigth isn't a word but i think it should be, like width, length, depth.... stupid english language) |

Bingo i would still look between a 1.6 Lwb and 1.6 swb but i think they will fit, also the X90 in question has a 3 inch body lift so the tank could be lifted to fit on top of the chassie |

The 2L swb tanks are wider so they wouldn't fit between the chassis on a 1.6 |

like i said check between the lwb and swb 1.6 models as the 2L tank looks very close to 1.6 wagon. |

Negative Ghost rider!! The 2L tank is also 50 mm wider, and won't fit between the chassis rails of an X-90 or SE model vitara. The best you can hope for is the LWB SE416W tank (55L?), and that will be tight. It is the same depth, but wider in both directions. this may give you greif with your shocks. Peter |

hey guys! after a bit of measurments, we have concluded theat the lwb 1.6L wfi zook's tank is the closest fit with a 55L tank! however, in the chassis there are them cylanders that run accross the width of the car, the problem is the depth? or rather the length accross the chassis as the tank does not fit between the two cylanders! thus concluding that Oscar (the silver x-90) will probably be fited with a longranger tank or some such or have made a custom long range fuel tank!!!! Absa!!! |

Yeah the LWB 1.6 tank is longer and wider, but the same height (roughly). It will not fit an X-90 or SWB vit easily. Peter |
