I was advised if I was going 4x4 to get a Gauge to measure Approach and Departure angles...


Is it really needed or Just a cool thing to have sitting on the dashboard

nah no need to get one. just find out when you tip over - then you know you have gone too far

I had one but then ditched it because there were more important things to concentrate on when driving on inclines, like not tipping over ;-p

Also known as the A over H gauge (A$$ over Head), there not needed it's just some useless thing someone came up with.
'cause you know when you have gone on too much of an angle 'cause every thing you see through the windscreen is up side down or sideways to what you normally see

Yeah just a bit of W@NK factor there. When your used to your Vit you'll feel it in your bones when its about to go over..

i know that feeling. same sort of thing i get just before everything goes pear shaped on the push bike, you know it's goin' to happen and there is nothing you can do to stop it. but in the zook at least you can stop rolling over.

I had a High Top Drover which had one fitted factory. The only time I ever looked at it was after I had fallen over.
