the guy a bought my sierra of said it doesnt stay in low range and there is a plastic part l can order from suziki. He also said that someone makes a stronger one the doesnt break as easy. Any one have any idea wat this part is a were l can get it. thanx

that would be the shifter thingy.....i am pretty sure bruce on this site makes them

yep Bruce makes em, amongst other bits

simple as pulling the gear lever for the transfer out, scrapping the remains of the old bush out and fitting the new one in

if it should ever get jammed in neutral when it pops out of low you may need to pull the lever out and re align the shift levers in there with a screwdriver

It's called a shifter sheet. A brand new suzuki one will last just fine, but they can get damaged, so a stronger one out made out of urethane is always a good option.

Don't quote me but i think its a rubber seal that fails gets old and brittle iam not sure of the name but its about $20 info from 4wd monthly ill find the issue and the part name for u
