Hi all,

Looking at putting some TJ flares on,but want to cut the guards to suit,I have done a bit of searching but all the links end up dead or out of action..anyone have any info on cutting the guards and what methods are used to rebuild the inner guard.

Cheers

lotsa time, or you will get dodge. make sure you grab a flappy disk mark where you want to cut and clean all the paint off of there. othere wise you will have a crap time tring to low amp weld contaminated steel.... i know things will be different when i cut my front guards
