i need to know the ratios neede to run 35 inch tyers on hilux bundarah diffs and what ratio is needed for the transfer case thanks :x

5.29 ratio for the bundy diffs as they are toyota,

first gear 3.65
low range 6.5
diff ratio 5.29
equals 125.05 reduction

so at 2000 rpm your rear wheels will be doing 16 revolutions per minute
assuming that a 35 inch tyre has a diameter of 2793mm that means your car will travel 44688mm (44.688 metres) per minute or 2681280mm (2681.280metres) per hour which equals 2.68 km/h

That is really slow enough. That is slower than walking pace.

or the more common 4.88 diff gears

unless you are still using the bunderea front which is hi-pinion, finding 4.88 hi-pinion is harder

i had 1.6l carby
5 speed
6:1 xfer
5.29 diffs
37" tyres

revved - 4000 rpm @ 100kph

worked well, same as above there is five gears and about 6500 rpm to play with!

My bundy diffs were 4.55 with HP front. With 36's and auto it was fine. Standard 75 series transfer gears.
